Cuvée Quattuor owes its name to the four villages in La Côte des Blancs from which the grapes are sourced. It is made from the first press, with 5 grams of dosage and no malolactic fermentation. Vinification in steel tanks to better bring out the qualities of the argillaceous limestone soil. Crisp, lively and lovely.
